Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping with any online purchase of $35 (merchandise subtotal excludes store pick up items; merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax, before gift wrap charges, and after any discounts or coupons). Truck delivery and shipping surcharges on over-sized or extremely heavy items will still apply (these charges are indicated on the appropriate product information pages and will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order). Orders typically arrive within 3-10 business days. Items shipped directly from the vendor or to Alaska and Hawaii have longer delivery lead times. This offer does not apply to International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Business Direct orders

Return & Exchange Policy

We are excited that you chose Healthy Life Vitamins to support your efforts in living fit! Your business is important to us, and we are happy to assist with any questions you may have regarding your order. Please call or email us during our normal business hours, and a representative will be happy to assist you. All queries are answered in the order in which they are received. Requests made outside of our normal business hours are addressed as soon as possible.

Proof of Purchase:

Please note that refunds, replacements and exchanges are only issued for products that were purchased directly through the official Healthy Life Vitamins websites.

You must be able to provide a receipt showing that your products were purchased directly from Healthy Life Vitamins to be eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange. We will not accept returns for merchandise that was purchased from anywhere other than the official Healthy Life Vitamins website.

Supplements: Requests to return Supplements purchased directly through the official Healthy Life Vitamins website for a refund, replacement or exchange must be submitted to Healthy Life Vitamins Customer Service department within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, and the product cannot be used. Please email Customer Service to inquire about a return or exchange

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and our shipping costs. The customer must contact us prior to returning product(s). We do not give refunds on opened products.

Apparel and Gear:

Requests to return Healthy Life Vitamins apparel and gear purchased directly through the official Healthy Life Vitamins website must be submitted to Healthy Life Vitamins Customer Service department within ninety (30) days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, replacement or exchange, apparel and gear must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached.

Final Sale Items:

Manufacturer Defect

Healthy Life Vitamins will only issue replacements of merchandise purchased through other authorized retailers in the event of a manufacturer defect. Healthy Life Vitamins is responsible for determining the eligibility of a product for exchange due to a manufacturer defect. To replace a product under these conditions, please email info@montclairvitamins.com within 30 days of your purchase
